At iStep, our goal is to provide you with the best possible service. A company that provides poor service does not deserve to keep their customers. We started iStep in 1995 because we were getting tired of the poor technical support and customer service that we received from other ISPs and online services. Today, technical support from other companies has degraded, largly as a result of technical outsourcing. We believe in creating a close relationship with our customers so that we can quickly address their issues with the highest level of understanding possible. This requires creating a relationship that is simply not possible with outside customer service representatives. Based on a clients name, we frequently know exactly what services they have without having to look things up. Familiarity with our clients and taking pride in providing great customer support allows us to quickly fix any problems that may arise.
